Allcommerce - open source perl powered shopping cart software. Database can be powered by MySQL, Postgre SQL, or Oracle.
ZenCart - nice interface, easy set-up and running.
X-cart - open source PHP platform powered shopping cart. Very nice for starter web sites and online shops. Recommended!
